The originator of walking tacos, which began roughly 40 years ago at Old Settlers with my church community. This delectable creation, now celebrated globally, is an immensely popular dish. Walking tacos feature either Fritos or Hot Cheetos, topped with a savory mixture of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and various customizable toppings. When I make it for myself, I include crispy bacon. Our menu includes six filling options, such as shrimp, chicken, plant-based alternatives, steak, BBQ meat, and classic hamburger.
