B. Royal Boutique is hiring a Sr. Sales Associate who will drive in-store sales and create best-in class experiences for our customers. The Sr. Sales Associate is a dynamic individual with a passion for fashion, empowering women and fueling small business. In this role, you will be the face of B. Royal Boutique — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best styles for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in the boutique and to contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. The associate will need to thrive in an autonomous work environment and enjoy the rhythm of retail.

As an associate, you will:

• Provide customer assistance with a positive attitude by greeting and approaching customers

• Gain product knowledge and recommend merchandise based on customer preferences

• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting environment for the customer

• Maintain merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor

• Ability to accurately process transactions in a professional manner utilizing POS system, Venmo, etc.

• Develop new business and expand client base through in-store interaction

• Utilize suggestive selling techniques, and have on-the-floor presence

• Comply with all established company procedures

• Have regular and dependable attendance and punctuality

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of previous Sales experience strongly preferred

• Provide customer assistance with a positive attitude by greeting and approaching customers

• Gain product knowledge and recommend merchandise based on customer preferences

• Ability to follow directions and work autonomously

• Proactive, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous retail experience strongly preferred but not required

• Resourceful self-starter; ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Constant walking and standing, climbing stairs, frequent bending, stooping and reaching, lifting boxes.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time

• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including cash register and handheld equipment

• Frequently required to lift/move up to 25lbs

• Involves hearing, color vision, and close vision

• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping.

• Frequently required to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
