What shuttle services are running to or from Oak Park Mall?
- The Oak Park location has daily Region Direct to the Fan Festival bus lot and all Johnson County United LINKs A, B and C route through Oak Park Mall. Oak Park is also a Stadium Direct shuttle site for Match days to and from Arrowhead/Kansas City Stadium.
How do I obtain a pass for the shuttles?
- Visit https://www.kc2026.com/transportation/. You must obtain your pass from this site. The mall does not sell or control any shuttle service passes.
Where do I park for the Stadium Direct parking space that I’ve reserved?
- Parking can be reserved on Match dates from https://www.kc2026.com/transportation/ when you obtain a Stadium Direct shuttle pass. Parking reservations are on a first come basis.
All of the KC2026 Reserved Parking is taken for the Match date I need. Can I still park at Oak Park Mall?
- Yes! If you would like a reserved parking space, visit Powerhouse Management for availability and to reserve at https://phm-kansascitymatchdayparking2026.manus.space
- Park & Ride parking is available for free near each parking lot marked with pole banners in areas A-G. You do not need to reserve a parking space to park and ride from Oak Park Mall. Please do not park in No Event Parking areas where marked.
All of the Stadium Direct shuttle passes are sold out. Can I still get to the Stadium on Match days from Oak Park Mall?
- Yes, if Stadium Direct shuttle passes are still available from the Fan Festival downtown, you can take the Oak Park Region Direct shuttle from the mall to Fan Festival and then get on the Stadium Direct shuttle from there. You must then travel back to Oak Park the same way upon return. Please allow enough time for this transfer and routing.
I just want to shop! Is there parking available for shoppers?
- Absolutely! You are welcome to park anywhere at Oak Park Mall, except for in the reserved lots on Match dates.
I, or someone I’m bringing, needs special mobility accommodations for access to the ConnectKC Park & Ride. How can we arrange that?

I want to use an Uber or other rideshare service to get to/from Oak Park Mall, or I am bringing someone or picking up someone who is taking a shuttle. Where do I go?
- Uber/rideshare pick up/drop off can be set up anywhere around Oak Park Mall. We recommend drop off or pick up at the mall entrance near Barnes & Noble since it is the closest to the Park & Ride shuttle service.
What is the closest vehicle entrance to get to the Park & Ride shuttle parking areas?
- The easiest and fastest vehicle entrances are on Quivira near Outback Steakhouse or on 95th Street between Cheddar’s and the ConnectKC Park & Ride corner.
What hours is the mall open?
- The mall is open Monday-Saturday 10:00am - 9:00pm (10:00-21:00) and Sunday 11:00am - 6:00pm (11:00-18:00)
- Saturday, July 4th Hours are 10:00am - 7:00pm (10:00-19:00)
- JCPenney is open until 10:00pm (22:00) on Fridays and Saturdays through July 11. Saturday, July 4th Hours are 10:00am - 7:00pm (10:00-19:00)
Are there any refreshments available before I get on the shuttle?
- Yes! There is vending with Coca-Cola products, including bottled water, available in the Park & Ride Fan Fuel building. There is also a Dippin Dots ice cream and popcorn stand on certain days. The building offers cooled areas, and community and transit information for visitors. Building hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00am - 8:00pm (10:00-20:00) and Sunday 11:00am - 6:00pm (11:00-18:00)
I need assistance from security, EMS or police while at Oak Park Mall. What number can I call?
- Please call +1 (913) 208-3036 for security and 9-1-1 for police or emergency services. There is an Overland Park Police substation on-site.
Can I celebrate our team with fireworks, flares, banners, group marching or other celebratory action?
- No. Please refrain from bringing fireworks, weapons, flares, banners and signs to Oak Park Mall. These items will be confiscated at the Park & Ride area, or if displayed or used anywhere on mall property. Group marches, parades or large gatherings are also prohibited.
Are there restroom facilities available at the Park & Ride or nearby?
- Yes. Both the Park & Ride area, and certain areas in the mall parking lots have portable toilets (including an ADA toilet), along with handwash stations and trash cans.
Is the mall holding any other special events during the tournament (now thru July 12)?
- Yes! Join us on June 25-29 for an outdoor Artisan Fair near Barnes & Noble, featuring local crafters and makers.
